Program
- Accepting the Good, Bad and Ugly in Ourselves Can Not Only Set Us Free but Also Make Us Laugh.
Embracing our imperfections is a way to realize how preciously perfect we actually are.
- Shadow Work is Brave Work Necessary for Humans to Reconcile with What We Have Denied in Ourselves and Projected Onto Others.
From the inside out we find what is authentically ours and what we learned along the way that is now an outworn idea or identity. It also can give back to us our greatest possibilities that we never fully owned about our own brilliance.
- Taking Risks. Does Your Definition of Safety Needs Updating?
Protecting yourself from the judgment or ridicule you fear actually locks up brilliant creative options. It may be time to take greater risks to bring forward your deepest dreams.
- Addictions, Patterns, Bad habits, are Sabotage Roots
If you want true liberation these things cannot be denied but rather held with fierce accountability. If you don’t face them, they will come along with you no matter where you are headed.
- How Our Love is Sometimes False Love When It is Not Good Outcome for Anyone. Or… Yes, You Can Move Mountains but What Will This Cost You?
Martydom is nothing but a death wish covered over with a reason we can live with. Learn to distinguish true love when you are taking excellent care of your own life force, most especially with the boundaries you make with your own ability to care.
- Why Compassion is Key to Our Life Journeys and Core to New Paradigms of Our Future
Compassion offers a real life solution to not only our own struggles but all the way to the macro issues of our global family too. It is the true prescription for our healing. Shadow Work is to building compassion because we recognize love in the heart of what we once judged as bad or not worthy of our forgiveness. When we free ourselves here, we expand our definitions to include our full spectrum glorious selves where no part needs to be left behind. One does however need a wise designated driver for the journey.
