Program
-
Do you wish you felt more fulfilled in your life, your relationships and your sexuality?
-
Do you have trouble communicating what you want or need sexually?
-
Do you sometimes feel confused about how to take your experience of your sexuality to the next level?
People are often confused by what sexual empowerment actually means. Sexuality is so vast that when people want to work on their sexual selves they often don’t even know where to begin. One of my client prospects recently said, “It’s like my sexuality is a big round ball and I don’t know what to grab onto or how to get in.”
Sexuality educator Amy Jo Goddard has developed a powerful method that includes 9 steps to living a Sexually Empowered Life. In her coaching and educational programs, she works with people on these 9 steps so that they can develop true erotic authenticity and live the Sexually Empowered Life they deserve. In this teleclass, learn about the 9 steps that will help you come home to your authentic sexual self and express your sexuality with integrity and joy. Sexuality is not a one-size-fits-all by any stretch of the imagination, and yet, everyone has common aspects of their sexual natures that require exploration, understanding and expression. When you work on your sexual self in a deep way, it impacts every other aspect of your life. In this teleclass, you'll learn about the 5 biggest obstacles that keep women disempowered and walk away with clear ideas for how you can live the fully expressed and passionate life you were meant to live, the Sexually Empowered Life.
After this teleclass, participants will be able to:
- Define sexual empowerment
- Name 5 things that keep women sexually disempowered
- Clarify 9 essential steps to living a sexually empowered life
- Identify creative steps YOU can take right NOW to work towards your own sexual power
